  • Integration with customers’ Zendesk accounts for secure file processing.
  • Creation of new, redacted audio files and transcriptions.
  • Deletion of original files post-processing; no storage of original audio containing PCI data.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Ensure they have lawful rights to share audio files and access their Zendesk accounts.
  • Keep their Zendesk login credentials confidential and authorize CallTutor.com only for the limited purpose of accessing relevant files.
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements.
  • Accept that unauthorized access or misuse of the service will result in account termination.

4. Privacy and Data Security

We prioritize data security and comply with PCI-DSS standards. User data is processed only to provide services and deleted promptly afterward. CallTutor.com does not retain original audio files with PCI-sensitive information beyond the necessary processing period. By using our services, users consent to CallTutor accessing and processing files within their Zendesk accounts for the sole purpose of fulfilling service requests.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees for services are listed on our website and are payable in advance. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing and service offerings at our discretion, with changes effective immediately upon posting.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • CallTutor.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.
